This Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for requesting refunds. It should be read alongside our Terms of Use and is designed to comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
As a UK-based business, we respect your statutory rights as a consumer. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights, including the right to receive services performed with reasonable care and skill, and digital content that is as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

3. Cooling-Off Period for Digital Products
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply once you have expressly consented to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledged that you lose your right of cancellation once delivery begins.
At the point of purchase for digital programme materials and readiness plan documents, you will be asked to confirm that you consent to immediate delivery and understand that your cancellation right is waived upon access. If you have not yet accessed or downloaded any digital content within the fourteen-day period, you may cancel your purchase for a full refund.
4. Sleep Programme Refunds
4.1 Essentials Tier
If you have not accessed any programme modules or downloaded any workbook materials, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Once any module content has been accessed or downloaded, the purchase is considered delivered and is not eligible for a refund under the cooling-off exception described above.
After the fourteen-day cooling-off period, Essentials tier purchases are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial credit toward a future programme enrolment in cases of documented technical issues that prevented access to purchased materials.
4.2 Guided Tier
Guided tier refunds are calculated based on the proportion of services consumed at the time of your request:
- Before first consulting session: Full refund minus a ten percent (10%) administrative fee if programme materials have been accessed.
- After one consulting session: Refund of fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price, minus the value of any materials accessed.
- After two or more consulting sessions: No refund available. Remaining sessions may be rescheduled but not transferred to a third party.
4.3 Comprehensive Tier
Comprehensive tier refunds follow the same proportional structure as Guided tier, with the additional consideration that custom readiness plan documents are non-refundable once delivered. If your personalised plan has been delivered, the plan portion of your purchase (calculated as thirty percent of the tier price) is deducted from any eligible refund amount.
4.4 Challenge Programme Add-Ons
Challenge programmes purchased as add-ons are refundable only if no challenge content has been accessed within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Once any challenge module is accessed, the add-on is non-refundable.
5. Readiness Plan Refunds
5.1 Before Plan Delivery
If you cancel your readiness plan purchase before your initial consultation has taken place, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the tier purchased.
5.2 After Consultation, Before Delivery
If you cancel after your initial consultation but before your plan document has been delivered, a refund of seventy percent (70%) of the purchase price will be issued. The remaining thirty percent (30%) covers consultation time and assessment processing.
5.3 After Plan Delivery
Once your readiness plan document has been delivered, the purchase is considered complete and is not eligible for a refund. If you believe your plan contains factual errors based on information you provided during assessment, you may request a complimentary revision within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
5.4 Enhanced and Premium Tiers
Follow-up consultations included in Enhanced and Premium tiers that have not yet been scheduled or conducted may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you cancel your plan within thirty (30) days of initial delivery. Premium tier quarterly review sessions that have not been conducted are eligible for pro-rata refund upon cancellation.
6. Consulting Session Refunds
Individual consulting sessions purchased separately (outside of programme tiers) are refundable if cancelled at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made within forty-eight hours of the session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within a sixty-day period, subject to advisor availability.
If we cancel a session due to advisor unavailability, you may choose between a full refund for that session or rescheduling at no additional cost.
7. Circumstances for Discretionary Refunds
Outside the standard refund conditions above, we may consider discretionary refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure: Documented technical issues on our platform that prevented access to purchased materials for more than seventy-two (72) consecutive hours.
- Duplicate purchase: Accidental duplicate transactions confirmed by our payment records.
- Billing error: Charges that do not match the price displayed at checkout due to a system error.
- Service not as described: Where the delivered service materially differs from the description provided at purchase, in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Discretionary refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with supporting documentation, and we will review your request within five business days.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Digital content that has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed
- Custom readiness plan documents once delivered
- Consulting sessions that have been completed
- Programme tier upgrades (the original tier purchase may be eligible under its own refund terms)
- Purchases made more than six (6) months prior to the refund request
- Services purchased through third-party platforms (refund requests must be directed to the platform)
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used at purchase
- Order or transaction reference number
- Date of purchase
- Product or service purchased (programme tier, plan tier, or add-on)
- Reason for your refund request
- Any supporting documentation (screenshots of technical issues, etc.)
Send your request to hello@flushingeliminat.world with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order Reference]". We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within two business days and provide a decision within ten business days.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at purchase. Please allow five to ten business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
Partial refunds are calculated based on the conditions outlined in the relevant sections above. Administrative fees, where applicable, are clearly stated before deduction. You will receive a refund confirmation email detailing the amount refunded and the reason for any partial deduction.
11. Programme Tier Downgrades
If you wish to downgrade your programme tier rather than cancel entirely, contact us within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Downgrades are processed as a partial refund of the price difference between tiers, minus a five percent (5%) administrative fee. Downgrades are not available after the first consulting session (for Guided and Comprehensive tiers) or after fourteen (14) days from purchase (for Essentials tier).
12. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may result in suspension of your account and access to purchased materials. We will provide all relevant transaction documentation to payment providers during dispute resolution and cooperate fully with legitimate dispute processes.
13. Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law. If our services are not performed with reasonable care and skill, or if digital content is not as described, of satisfactory quality, or fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, regardless of the conditions stated above.
If you are dissatisfied with our response to a refund request, you may seek resolution through alternative dispute resolution. Information about ADR providers is available from the Citizens Advice consumer service.

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our services, pricing structures, or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Changes apply to purchases made after the revision date. Purchases made before a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
